PSG ready to enter confusing transfer tangle with Chelsea with Kounde bid

PSG and Chelsea appear to be caught in another transfer dance.

Because to the arrival of Milan Skrinian from Inter Milan, the Parisian club could sell Presnel Kimpembe to Chelsea. Milan were able to re-sign Romelu Lukaku from Chelsea because they sold Skriniar to PSG to free up finances.
Chelsea is interested in Kimpembe because they have abandoned their chase of Sevilla defender Jules Kounde.
The Sun has now connected Kounde with a move to PSG.
