Watch: Lukaku and Werner combine to waste glorious chance for Chelsea

 




In the Plymouth half, Romelu Lukaku picked up the ball and delivered a through ball to substitute Timo Werner, who appeared to be in a one-on-one situation.


Surprisingly, Werner halted his run, allowing a Plymouth defender to reach the ball before him when it appeared to be in his possession.


Fans are split on who to blame for the mistake, with some criticizing Lukaku's pass and others questioning Werner's lack of aggression in trying to grab the ball.
