Chelsea’s left back option pushes to leave as January move looks increasingly possible

 



Chelsea's prospects of signing Lucas Digne as a left-back backup this January have strengthened once further, with Rafa Benitez confirming in his news conference today that his player wants to leave.


The elements are in place for Digne to join Chelsea, with the Blues in need of a player in that position, Everton having already bought a replacement, and Digne reportedly eager to leave Merseyside.
