(Video): Marcos Alonso finally puts Chelsea ahead

 

Chelsea brought on Marcos Alonso at half time to shift formation and give them a little more attacking threat against a deep and defensive Plymouth team, and it finally paid off – although it took until the 106th minute to do so.

Kai Havetz pulled the ball back to Alonso who arrived in the box and stroked it home with his right foot – and the sound at Stamford Bridge was more one of relief than celebration.
