Reports reaching Chelsea Addicts said that Graeme Potter has already met with a few of Chelsea’s top players one-on-one.

The new Chelsea head coach is said to have stressed how important it is for the team to work together and have strong leaders. 


Graham Potter sees Jorginho as a Perfect player for his plans and also considering making him the Team’s New Captain after today’s Training session.


He’s also been told that he’ll keep the open-door policy and try to learn as soon as possible about the club’s culture.


In his first few days at Chelsea, one of Potter’s main goals was to bring the team together, which seemed to be a problem during the last part of Thomas Tuchel’s time there.
