Arsenal are reportedly making a stunning bid for N'Golo Kante - and the Gunners appear to have good reason to believe they can pull off the unexpected transfer coup.

Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta and technical director Edu have made a quick start to the summer transfer window. Indeed, they have secured their No. 1 target in a new striker with the signing of Gabriel Jesus, who will wear the No. 9 shirt. And the Brazilian joins other newcomers Marquinhos, Fabio Vieira, and Matt Turner.

The Gunners, though, are not satisfied and want at least two more acquisitions. To allow for such extravagant spending, a report published this week indicates Arsenal is open to bids for seven players, including record-signing Nicolas Pepe.
