Roman Abramovich And Ukraine Peace Negotiators 'Poisoned' With 'Skin Peeling Off Their Faces'

Following peace talks with Russia in Kyiv, the outgoing Chelsea owner and Ukrainian negotiators were targeted. 

Abramovich and two other senior members of the group involved in the peace discussions became unwell and developed symptoms, according to reports.

Red eyes and peeling skin on their faces and hands were among the symptoms, according to the Wall Street Journal. 

According to accounts, the Russian billionaire 'lost his sight for several hours' and was treated in a Turkish hospital. 

Hardliners are suspected of carrying out the alleged attack in order to derail peace talks in Ukraine.
