Premier League Blocks Burnley's Attempt To Sign Victor Moses From Russian Side Spartak Moscow

FIFA and UEFA quickly agreed to launch a temporary transfer window in Russia and Ukraine, allowing foreign players to sign short-term contracts with other European clubs. 

According to The Daily Mail, Sean Dyche's side have agreed to bring Nigerian international Moses to the club, with Russian Premier League side Spartak prepared to help. 

Despite a short-term agreement being reached, the Premier League has chosen to intervene owing to 'concerns about the competition's sporting integrity.'
