If Chelsea's takeover drags on, one of the biggest tragedies would be if it stymied our pursuit of Declan Rice.

We've been after the midfielder for a while, waiting for the right moment to make a move. That appears to be this summer, but if we aren't in a position to spend a lot of money, we may miss out.
